Sorry I havent blogged anything in a few days.  Sunday I ended up in Yale Hospital because I began vomiting around 1pm and couldn't

stop, I called my doctor and he said to get to the ER.  There isn't anything serious going on, but I was very dehydrated so they hooked me up to

the IV and kept me till Tuesday, I finally got home around 1pm.  As for what caused the upset, they have no idea, they did a ctscan but nothing

showed up.  Any way, I back to the liquid diet to give my stomach time to heal-again. 

Good news- I have lost 30lbs!!
