I haven't wrote anything in a week because there wasn't much to say.
I have been doing ok since I got out of the hospitol this last time, until tonight.
I guess I drank too much water too quickly after eating. I hate this, I feel like I
have to walk a tight rope with this hole eating and drinking thing.
