So, Im down to 192lbs. I was sick through the whole Thankgiving holiday, Friday was bad, I made a Apple/cranberry/walnut cobbler with very little sugar
and the Turkey that my daughter brought home made me so sick that I spent all of Friday vomiting. I couldn't hold anything down so now for the next few days I will have to do just liquids.
I also need to talk to the doctor because Im losing hair which means I may have some kind of malnutrition, which I was warned about. I just find out what is missing.
