Getting better, Im eating better, I still have to be careful how quickly I eat.  Im able to take pills now but I cant eat an half hour before or after taking

the pill.  Ive established an exercise routine, Im going to the gym 4 days a week. 

I can now eat everything but breads, pasta, sugar or fats.

As of this morning I am 206lbs which means I have lost 44lbs!
